In this workshop, you will learn how to listen to others without judgment – regardless of sympathies, origin, gender, age, hierarchical level, etc. – and to understand the meaning behind the words of your counterpart, using examples from your everyday life. The aim is to find new ways of achieving mutual understanding through listening in order to be able to shape everyday professional life in an appreciative way.

The basis of the workshop is the conversation model of Nonviolent Communication according to Dr. Marshall B. Rosenberg, which offers a practical tool for empathic interaction between people.
