Leaders in academia are confronted with many requirements, which are becoming more and more challenging due to constant change. The workshop will give you input on how to be an effective leader in an academic context. You will get more insight in different leadership styles and skills. Various exercises will support you in reflecting your own role as a leader. There is also much room for exchange and networking.
